Musical Geometrics by Nishima Kaplan $240.00
Item# 50223
"Musical Geometrics" describes the ecstatic, swirling waltz of the newly wedded couple, as friends and family accompany them with joyous dancing. Based on the work of the mystical Jewish painter Wassily Kandinsky, Musical Geometrics is inspired by the beautiful imagery of the seventh wedding blessing, recited under the chuppah, "ämay there be heard in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, a sound of gladness, a sound of joy, the sound of the bridegroom and sound of the bride, the sound of rejoicing from bridegrooms at their weddings, and young people at their feasts of song."
