 I'm a member of the National Museum of American Jewish History, do I get a discount?

Members of NMAJH get a 10% discount in the Museum Store. To apply your discount, please enter code nmajh1654 when checking out. Your membership will be verified by our staff before your order is shipped. The membership discount does not include shipping.

I am buying a gift, can I have it wrapped?

Yes you can. Please indicate in the order notes section if your item is a gift and any note you would like us to include. We will not include a receipt or price tags.

Do I have to pay Museum admission to come to the Museum Store?

Nope! For security purposes, the Museum has only one entrance. Just tell them at the front desk you are here to shop in the store. While you are here, you can visit our Only in America Gallery and Museum Cafe.

Where is your store located? Where can I park?

We are located at 101 South Independence Mall East, The entrance is at 5th and Market. There is a parking garage located at The Bourse and the Museum will validate parking. The entrance to The Bourse Garage is on 4th street Between Market and Chestnut.

What form of payment do you take?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to use another form of payment, please call the store at 215-923-0262 between the hours of 10 and 5:30 Tuesday through Sunday and we will be glad to help you with your purchase.

Why is there only ground shipping available online? What if I want faster delivery?

We ship USPS from our Museum Store location between the hours of 10 and 5:30 Tuesday through Friday. Please call the store at 215-923-0262 if you require faster shipping. You may also email us at orders@judaicashop.net.
